Quaker Burial Ground and Community Orchard Open Day

The sun shone (sporadically) and the rain rained torrentially but the open afternoon on June 12th was a lovely community event. The garden - and particularly the borders - looked wonderful, the veg were thriving and a couple of ducks graced us with their presence.

Thanks to the music makers, gazebo erectors, food producers and, above all, the tiny band of volunteers who work so hard to make this one of the "111 Places in Liverpool that you shouldn't miss".
